Going cruelty-free from office to backyard. I like to keep it simple, often two or three pieces are all it takes to make your eco-friendly statement.

Smart style doesn’t need to sacrifice anything in order to be veg-friendly. My ultimate corporate go-to is a crisp, white, cotton tailored men’s shirt with tweed, wool-free vest and creamy cotton pencil skirt. With a pair of nude pumps, braided cotton bejeweled bracelet and 7 Layer Cake lip gloss from Bare Escentuals, you can’t go wrong.

WEEKEND

With the NY summer heat ablaze, my weekend attire calls for refreshing combinations that can go from backyard flip flops and ice pops with the children to entertaining with cocktails and a great playlist on the iPod. Go super eco-friendly with a hand-me-down cotton top from a dear friend and some relaxed cotton shorts with a contrasting cotton belt. My flats of choice for the Saturday style were leather-free turquoise braided thong sandals.
